Lee loved to spend time with his friends and family. He enjoyed playing sports and watching his brothers play basketball and baseball. He played baseball for Carlisle Area Little League and soccer and basketball for the Carlisle Family YMCA. He also played Midget and high school football for Boiling Springs. Lee was a 2008 graduate of Boiling Springs High School and was a member of St. John's Episcopal Church, Carlisle.
Lee is survived by his "Grandma Teresa" Strohm and her companion, David Zawisa, both of Boiling Springs, his aunt, Sydel (and husband, Vergil Lippert) of Carlisle, his father, William Lee Westmoreland, Sr., of Carlisle, his mother, Tiffanie (Killinger) Moore of Winston-Salem, NC, five brothers; Dakarai Petty, Devin Westmoreland, Isaiah and Brayden Lippert and Delonte Palmer, grandfathers; Karl Marchut of Carlisle, Terry Killinger (and his wife, Connie) of Shippensburg and James Westmoreland of Coatesville, his great-grandparents, "Pappy" Charlie and "Grandma" Maxine Strohm of Shippensburg and many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his grandmother, Betty Westmoreland.
Memorial services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 11, 2012 at St. John's Episcopal Church, Carlisle.. "Casual dress" - wear RED for Lee. Memorial contributions may be made to St. John's Episcopal Church, P. O. Box 612, Carlisle, PA 17013, in Lee's name to help defray costs.
