Wesley A. Bowermaster, 77, of Carlisle, passed away on Monday, May 13, 2024, at Spring Creek Rehabilitation & Nursing in Harrisburg.  He was born on November 3, 1946, in Carlisle and the son of the late Mary M. (Bowermaster) Kennedy and Russell Kennedy.

Wesley graduated from high school and retired from C. H. Masland & Sons, Carlisle as a mechanic in the maintenance department after many years of service.

He is survived by one son Jeffrey (Cindy) Bowermaster of Madill, OK, one daughter Tracy (Eddie) Sikes of Durant, OK, grandchildren, Myriah Carnes, Jennifer (Eric) Moore, Ashly Kirk, Myranda (Eli) McGahey, Myrissa Bowermaster and Emily (Aaron) Sikes-Lewis, great-grandchildren, Braysen, Brylynn, Raelyn, Riley, Bowen, Kinsley, River and Ryder, two nieces, Jamie (Curtis) Robinson and Amie (Kurt) Kennedy-Hower.

The family will hold private services.  Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, Carlisle, is in charge of the arrangements.
