Wendy Ann Beachley, 52, of Newville, wife of Timothy G. Beachley, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, July 16, 2020 at Carlisle Hospital. She was born on July 31, 1967 in Vallejo, California and was a daughter of Linda L. (Lyons) Topp of Newville and Walter A. Barr.
