Wanda L. McKinney, 67, of Carlisle, passed away on Monday, March 20, 2017 at Carlisle Regional Medical Center. She was born on September 28, 1949 in Carlisle, and was a daughter of the late Clyde and Mary (Jones) McKinney.

Wanda graduated from Cumberland Valley High School with the class of 1969. She was a loving homemaker and loved to be with her grandchildren.

She is survived by one daughter, Amber L. (husband, Troy) Ramsey of Carlisle, one grandson, Savaughn Ramsey, one granddaughter, Ciana Ramsey, one brother, Robert McKinney of Wescosville, three sisters; Freda Jane Simmons of Enola, Barbara Deitch and Phyllis Wiles both of Carlisle, one niece, Tracy White of Carlisle and two great-nieces.

A viewing will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, March 24, 2017 followed by funeral services at 12:00 noon in the Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, 630 S. Hanover St., Carlisle, with Rev. Robert L. Woodall, Sr. officiating. Burial will be in Cumberland Valley Memorial Gardens, Carlisle.
