Tracy L. Felton, 56, of Carlisle, passed away on Sunday, June 24, 2018 at the West Shore Hospital, Mechanicsburg. She was born on May 8, 1962 in Harrisburg and is a daughter of Charmaine N. (Byers) Felton of Carlisle and the late Melvin L. Felton, Sr.

Tracy graduated from Carlisle High School in 1981 and attended Harrisburg Area Community College. Tracy was currently employed by Christian Youth Ministries Child Care Center in Carlisle. She was a member of the Bibleway-Hibner Memorial Church of God in Christ and the Ladies Auxiliary of the Haines-Stackfield American Legion Post both of Carlisle.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by two sisters; Kimberly A. Barnes and Joyce J. (husband, Rudolph) Nicholson both of Carlisle and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Tracy was preceded in death by one brother, Melvin L. "Buzz" Felton, Jr., her companion of 17 years, Leroy Holman, her best friend, Rochelle Harrison and brother-in-law, Howard "Bump" Barnes.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, July 6, 2018 in the Carlisle Alliance Church, 237 E. North St., Carlisle with Pastor Duane Coleman officiating. A time of fellowship will immediately follow the service at the church. Burial will be private. Ewing Brothers Funeral Home assisted the family with the arrangements. www.Since1853.com .
