Tina  A. (Hoerner) Brannen, 65, of Carlisle, passed away on Saturday, September 20, 2025, at the Manor Care Health Services Kingston Court in York, PA.  She was born on October 6, 1959, in Harrisburg and was a daughter of the late Robert L. Hoerner, Sr. and Marlene (McMullen) Hoerner.  Tina was the widow of Kenneth D. Brannen who died July 7, 2023.

Tina earned her GED and then her associate's degree in health science.  She worked for Ciox Health and spent many years as an in-home health care giver.

She is survived by two sons, Kyle Brannen and David Hoerner, one sister Donna Hernandez and two brothers, Robert Hoerner and Eddie Hoerner.
