Terry A. Fraker, 61, of Gardners, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, May 25, 2023, at UPMC Carlisle.  He was born on February 23, 1962, in Carlisle and was a son of the late Charles J. "Charlie" Fraker and Violet M. (Gordon) Fraker.

Terry was a 1980 graduate of Carlisle High School.  He was currently employed with DHL Company as a team leader.  He was a member of Carlisle Eagles, the Carlisle Club and the Biglerville Sons of the American Legion.  Terry enjoyed playing softball, watching University of Michigan football and the Chicago Bears.  He enjoyed and loved his feline friends, "Sneakers" and "HiDeeBlue".

He is survived by his companion of many years Cathy J. "Shorty" Gibson, three brothers, Michael E. (and his wife, Sheree) Fraker, James L. (and his wife, Cindy) Fraker and Dennis L. (and his wife, Bonnie) Fraker, all of Carlisle, four sisters, Gloria M. (and her husband, Wayne) Burgett of Danville, VA, Darlene M. (and her husband, Ethan) Miller, Sandy L. (and her husband, Alvin) Bonawitz and Peggy S. (and her husband, Joe) Stimeling, all of Carlisle, one sister-in-law Marsha Fraker of Carlisle and many nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by one brother Charles Frederick Fraker.

A visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 1, 2023, in the Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, 630 South Hanover St., Carlisle. Pastor Randy Zook will lead the graveside service at 12:45 p.m. in Cumberland Valley Memorial Gardens, Carlisle.  Memorial donations may be made to a charity of your choice in Terry's name.  www.Since1853com.
