Sarah F. Kell, 98, formerly of Carlisle, died on Wednesday, February 18, 2015, at Green Ridge Village, Newville. She was born June 5, 1916, in Plainfield, a daughter of the late Harry W. and Orpha M. (Lebo) Fry, and was the widow of Charles S. Kell, who died July 17, 2009.

Sarah attended Carlisle High School. She was a loving homemaker and enjoyed cooking and gardening. She was a member of Bible Baptist Church in Shiremanstown.

She is survived by her loving daughter and with whom she lived, Wanda C. (and her husband, Donald) Kutz of Newville, one brother, Harry K. (and his wife, Janet) Fry of Carlisle, two grandsons; Brian E. Kutz of Takoma, WA and Brent D. Kutz of Olive Branch, MS and two nieces.

A viewing will begin at 12:30 p.m. on Monday, February 23, 2015, followed by funeral services at 1:30 p.m. in the Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, 630 S. Hanover St., Carlisle, with Pastor Ron Berrus officiating. Burial will be in Westminster Cemetery, Carlisle. Memorial donations may be made to Bible Baptist Church, 201 W. Main St., Shiremanstown, PA 17011.
