Sandy Lee Jones Frisbie, 58 of Harrisburg, was peacefully called to be with her Lord after a courageous battle with cancer on July 4, 2020. Born March 20, 1962 in Carlisle, she was the daughter of Daniel and the late Delores Jones.

Sandy was a longtime advocate for the fight against alcohol and substance abuse. It was during this period she was able to touch the lives of so many. Her devotion to this cause shaped Sandy into a fierce, loving perfectly imperfect woman whose smile and generosity touched the lives of so many. She was a member of The Life Center in Harrisburg and had also served as a chaplain assistant at the Harrisburg Hospital.

Sandy is preceded in death by her mother Delores Jones and sister Donna Walker. She is survived by her loving husband Kevin Frisbie; son Daniel Lee; grandson Devante Jackson; father, Daniel (Ola) Jones; sisters, Pamela (Michael) Whittaker; Rosalind (Arnold) Martin; Kitzi (Mitchell) Chappelle; and a host of nieces and nephews.

A visitation will begin at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 11, 2020 followed by a private service at 12:00 noon at Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, 630 South Hanover Street, Carlisle with Elder Francis Lavender officiating.  Memorial contributions can be made to the funeral home.  www.Since1853.com.
