Sandra L. "Sandy" Morrison, 77, of Carlisle, passed away on Monday, February 20, 2023, at Swaim Health Center, Newville.  She was born on February 26, 1945, in Carlisle and was a daughter of the late Stewart Bender and Ella (Kramer) Bender and was the widow of Earl R. Morrison, Sr. who passed away on May 3, 2017.

Sandy graduated from Carlisle High School with the class of 1963.  Sandy worked for PA Dutch Candy Co., Safeway grocery store and retired from Tyco Industries.  She had a love of crafting and painting.

She is survived by one son Earl R. (wife Tina) Morrison, Jr., one daughter Jenny L. (husband James) Clites, both of Carlisle, two sisters, Georgetta (husband David) Stough of Carlisle and LuAnn (husband Alan) Stambaugh of Newville, one brother Stewart (wife Sharon) Bender of Carlisle and five grandchildren.

A viewing will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Monday, February 27, 2023, in the Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, 630 S. Hanover St., Carlisle.  Private burial will be in Westminster Memorial Gardens, Carlisle.  www.Since1853.com.
