Ruth Anna Brandt, age 77, of Mt. Holly Springs, passed away peacefully on Wednesday August 19, 2020.  She was born on February 15 ,1943 in Gardners and was the daughter of the late Kenneth and Ruth (Kutz) Brandt.

Ruth was a graduate from Boiling Springs High School. She worked for the Holly Garments Sewing Factory in Mt. Holly Springs and later retired from Knouse Foods. She was proud of her hard and dedicated work ethic. She was a member of South Fairview Church of God, where she was actively involved in in all Church activities, she especially enjoyed church camp retreats in Somerset, PA.

She was a loving and devoted mother to her two children, son Ricky L. Hoon of Enola, and daughter Deborah McGuire - Hirsch of Marysville. She is survived by one brother Leslie Brandt of Gardners, two sisters Naomi Lebo of Newville and Orpha Jean Brandt of North Carolina, she will be greatly missed by her three grandchildren, two great grandchildren and five nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two brothers Kenneth and Jerry Brandt and one sister Connie Smith.

A viewing will begin at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 22, 2020 followed by funeral services at 1:00 p.m. in the Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, 630 S.
