Ronald W. Meas, 80, of Carlisle, passed away on Monday, May 8, 2017 in Carlisle Regional Medical Center. He was born on June 20, 1936 in Yocumtown, and was a son of the late Theodore and Lillian (Rheem) Meas and was married to the late Sandra Mae (Brubaker) Meas, who passed away on November 20, 2016.

Ron graduated from Cedar Cliff High School. He was a driver for the former Troy Laundry & Dry Cleaning in Carlisle.

He is survived by one son, Mark A. and wife Kim Meas of Camp Hill, two daughters; Linda L. and husband Steve Porter of Carlisle and Ruth A. Hefflefinger of Newville, one sister, Doris Schmid of Mesa, AZ and 5 grandchildren. He was predeceased by one daughter, Cindy Capra.
