Ronald R. Bentz, 74, of Carlisle, passed away on Wednesday, September 2, 2020 in Forest Park Health Care Center.  He was born on November 4, 1945 in Carlisle and was a son of the late, Robert L. and Catherine (Ritter) Bentz.

He is survived by his son Ronald E. Bentz of Carlisle, daughter Laura (Chris) Bentz of Waynesboro, brother Thomas Bentz of Newville, sister Ruth Ann Gensler of Bethel Park and one grandchild Liam Bentz.

A viewing will begin at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 8, 2020 followed by funeral services at 2:00 p.m. in the Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, 630 S. Hanover St., Carlisle with Pastor Brian Harrison officiating.  Burial will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery, Churchtown.  In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Colon Cancer Research.  www.Since1853.com.
