Roma E. (Gibson) Morrison, 90, of Carlisle, passed away on Tuesday, January 14, 2025, at home with family by her side.  She was born on March 11, 1934, in Carlisle and was a daughter of the late Clyde Gibson and Mildred (Gordon) Gibson.

Roma was a loving homemaker and had also worked at the former Carlisle Food Market and the A & P Grocery Store, Carlisle.  She was a member of First Evangelical Lutheran Church, Carlisle.  Roma was a loving Mother, Grandmother and Friend.  Her family was everything.  She loved animals, her dogs, and watching birds, and ducks.

She is survived by her devoted husband of 70 plus years Floyd E. Morrison, one son Robert (wife Patti) Morrison of Pasadena, MD, one daughter Cristal (husband Skip) Over of Carlisle, four grandchildren, Justin (wife Jacee) Over, Derek (wife Jessica) Over, Brian (wife Kelly) Morrison and Jena (husband Chad) Burr, 11 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.  Roma was preceded in death by one grandson Nicholas Over, one brother Clyde Gibson, Jr. and one sister Peggy Carlson.

A visitation will begin at 12:00 noon on Saturday, January 18, 2025, followed by a funeral service at 1:00 p.m. in the Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, 630 S. Hanover St., Carlisle, with Rev.
