Resta L. Lehman, 95, of Carlisle, passed away on Monday, June 8, 2015 at Green Ridge Village, Newville, She was born on August 10, 1919 in West Pennsboro Twp. a daughter of the late Robert and Emma (Lebo) Wickard and was the widow of Steward F. Lehman, who died on June 15, 2000.

Resta was a loving homemaker and enjoyed gardening.

She is survived by one daughter, Diane L. (husband Harry) Kehler of York, one brother, Roy W. Wickard of Carlisle, three grandchildren; Steven (fiancé Alanna Croutz) Kehler, Elizabeth (husband John Riley) Kehler-Riley and Matthew (wife Deanna) Kehler, three great-grandchildren; Ian, Lindy and Tessa Kehler and several nieces and nephews. Resta was predeceased by three brothers; George, Duane and Rodney Wickard.

A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, June 12, 2015 at the Upper Frankford Brick Church Cemetery, Brick Church Rd., Newville with Rev. Barbara Albert officiating. Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, Carlisle, is in charge of the arrangements. Memorial donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
