Raymond John Garrett, 96, of Carlisle, died Thursday, April 12, 2012, at his daughter's home in Carlisle. Ewing Brothers Funeral Home handled the local arrangements and Wilde Funeral Home, Parksburg is handling the services and burial in Parksburg, PA.
