Phyllis H. "Fitzie" Brown, 92, passed away on Sunday, March 16, 2025, in the comfort of her home in Carlisle, PA.  She was born on February 14, 1933, in Coatesville, PA and was the daughter of the late Louis Earl Osborn and Bessie Louise (Krixer) Osborn.  She lived in Downingtown, PA for 31 years and previously in the village of Westwood.

She was the loving wife of 59 years to the late Ronald E. Brown, Jr.

Phyllis is survived by two daughters, Wendy Brown and Debbie Baugher, six grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by one daughter Lisa Pike.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 9, 2025, at the Pine Grove Church, 1194 Reading Road, Bowmansville, PA 17507.  Pastor Jonathan Yoder will be the officiant.  A luncheon will immediately follow the service.  A private burial will be in Upper Octorara Cemetery.  www.EwingBrothers.com.
