Pauline M. Sollenberger, 92, passed away on Monday, June 27, 2016 at Chapel Pointe, Carlisle. She was born on August 9, 1923 in Carlisle, the daughter of the late Bessie (Mountz) Willders.

Following her graduation from Newville High School in 1941, she married Floyd S. Sollenberger on Jan. 6, 1943. They were married 53 years before his death. She was a life-time member and taught a pre-school Sunday School class for 50 years at St. Mary's United Methodist Church, Bloserville.

Pauline is survived by four children; Floyd, Jr. (Cynthia), Sandra Aby (William), Kenneth (Joan) and Betty Keller (Gene), one brother, William Willders, 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in Westminster Cemetery, Newville Rd., Carlisle, with Rev. Iva L. O'Brien officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Pauline's name may be made to her church, St. Mary's U. M. Church, 4133 Enola Rd., Newville, PA 17241. Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, Carlisle is in charge of arrangements.
