Paul H. Yorlets, 92, of Carlisle, died on Saturday, January 31, 2026, at UPMC Carlisle.  He was born on August 28, 1933, in Mechanicsburg and was a son of the late John Yorlets, Sr. and Beatrice Bucher.  Paul was married 62 years to the late Janice C. (Mellott) Yorlets who died January 14, 2018.

He was a 1951 graduate of Mechanicsburg High School. Paul was a lifelong dairy farmer. After his retirement, Paul continued to help his son when he began raising beef cattle.  He attended Waggoners Church, Carlisle and was a member of the PA Farm Bureau.

He is survived by one son, Larry J. Yorlets of Carlisle, two daughters, Leah J. Hornung of Gardners and Lucinda J. Sadrian of Watchung, NJ, 6 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by two brothers, John Yorlets, Jr. and Lloyd Yorlets, one sister, Mary Rife, one grandson, Kyle Yorlets and one daughter-in-law Debra Yorlets.

A viewing will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 7, 2026, followed by a funeral service at 1:00 p.m. in the Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, 630 S. Hanover St, Carlisle, with Rev. Adam Leeper officiating.  The burial will be private at Waggoners Cemetery, Carlisle.  www.EwingBrothers.com.
