Patty attended and received her GED from Carlisle High School. She was currently employed at Forest Park Health Center, Carlisle and had worked for many years at the former Carlisle Hospital, where she was a pharmacy technician. Patty had formerly owned and operated PJ's Tanning and Nails and had also worked at Fay's Country Kitchen, both of Carlisle and formerly owned and operated a restaurant in Carlisle. She was a member of Carlisle AmVets and was a Judge of Elections for the Cumberland County Bureau of Elections. Patty will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

She is survived by one son, Ronald N. Jumper, Jr. and his wife, Susan of Carlisle, three grandchildren; Victoria, Benjamin and Daniel Jumper, three sisters; Mary Miculita of Harrisburg, Linda Varner of Carlisle and Susan Weedon of Chambersburg, one brother, C. Michael Wolf of Carlisle and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, August 7, 2012, at 7:30 p.m. in the Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, 630 S. Hanover St., Carlisle, with Rev. Richard Warner officiating. Burial will be private. A visitation will be on Tuesday from 6:00 p.m. until time of service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association of PA, 3001 Old Gettysburg Rd., Camp Hill, PA 17011.
