Patricia A. Gallant, 81, of Mt. Holly Springs, passed away on Friday, April 21, 2017 at Thornwald Home, Carlisle. She was born on August 8, 1935 in Winding Gulf, WV, and was a daughter of the late George Dewey Blount and Macie (Thomas) Blount. She was the widow of Joseph D. Gallant, who passed on Feb. 13, 2008.

Pat worked for Digital Equipment Corp. in Maynard, MA and as an apartment manager of several complexes in San Diego, CA. She loved to cook, read and spend time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her daughter, Deborah (Evans) Taylor and her husband, Ralph of Mt. Holly Springs, one son, Richard Evans and his wife, Monica of Carlisle, six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by two brothers; Dewey, Jr. and Roy Lee Blount and one sister, Barbara Jean Jones.

A memorial service will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, April 28, 2017 in the Thornwald Home, 442 Walnut Bottom Rd., Carlisle, with Rev. Mark Ruzicka officiating. All are welcome.
