Nancy C. Gordon, 78, of Newville, passed away on Tuesday, February 20, 2024, at Mercy House of Chambersburg.  She was born on October 24, 1945, in Newville and was a daughter of the late Owen Bigler and Pearl (Mixell) Bigler.

Nancy graduated from Big Spring High School with the Class of 1963.  In addition to being a devoted homemaker, Nancy worked several jobs in the Carlisle area and enjoyed working Shuman Concessions and Smoothies for many years at the Carlisle Car Shows.  She was a former member of Grace Baptist Church in Carlisle.  Nancy and her husband enjoyed square dancing and were members of the Whirl-A-Ways Square Dancing Club for many years.

She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Wilbur R. Gordon, Sr., two sons, Wilbur Gordon, Jr. of Newville and Scott (Kristen) Gordon of Carlisle, one daughter Kimberly (Ryan) Bayne of North Carolina, one brother Owen "Butch" Bigler of Texas, two sisters, Patti Richards of Newville and Charlotte Keeseman of Newville, eight grandchildren, Wilbur Gordon, III, Garrett Gordon, Tucker Gordon, Bailey Gordon, Taylor Gordon, Jordan Kyle, Bradley Kyle, and Nicolas Kyle, several nieces, nephews and one great-grandchild on the way.  She was preceded in death by one brother William Bigler and three sisters, Betty Richards, June Bigler and Mary Sipe.
