Mary E. Sipe, 84, of Carlisle, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 15, 2022, at home with family by her side.  She was born on September 20, 1937, in Carlisle and was a daughter of the late Owen Bigler and Pearl I. (Mixell) Bigler.

Mary retired after many years of service with Carlisle Tire & Rubber Co.  After retirement, Mary worked part-time in retail sales.  She loved bowling, roller skating and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her children, Lester Sipe, Jr., Paula M. (Dave) Kogut and Terry A. (Lynn) Sipe, all of Carlisle, one brother Owen (Lowwana) Bigler of Texas, three sisters, Charlotte (Lee) Keeseman, Nancy (Wilbur) Gordon and Patti Baker, three grandchildren, several great and great-great-grandchildren and other extended family.
