Mary E. Krysmalski, 76, of Carlisle, died Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at LifeCare Hospital in Mechanicsburg. She was born May 16, 1938 in Columbia, the daughter of the late Leo Hess and Dorothy (Caswell) Stambaugh.

Mary was a loving homemaker. She enjoyed playing the organ, reading and cooking.

She is survived by her devoted husband of 41 years, Charles V. Krysmalski, two sons; Artemus (Mindy) Aungst of Newport and Eugene (Wendy) Aungst of East Berlin, two daughters; Shelby Hile of Millerstown and Kelly Shireman of Marietta, eight grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. Mary was predeceased by her step-father, George Stambaugh.
