Martha J. Myers Richcreek, 94, of Carlisle, passed away on Tuesday, January 13, 2015, in Thornwald Home, Carlisle. She was born on May 1, 1920, in Upper Frankford Twp., a daughter of the late Ralph W. and Jennii (Waggoner) Myers, and was the widow of the James A. Richcreek, who died July 27, 1989.

Martha graduated in 1938 from the Newville High School. She was a member of Carlisle First Church of God since April 1950 and was formerly very active with the church.

She is survived by one son, Ronald L. (wife, Debra) Richcreek, one daughter, Patricia Anne (husband, Orville) Martin, both of Carlisle, two grandchildren; Christopher Richcreek and Jessica Ellis, both of Carlisle and three great-granddaughters. Martha was predeceased by one brother, Wayne W. Myers and two sisters; Elma and Phoebe Myers.

Private graveside services will be held in Westminster Cemetery, Carlisle, with Rev. Dr. Jonathan Terry officiating. Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, Carlisle is in charge of arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to Carlisle First Church of God, 705 Glendale Str., Carlisle, PA 17013.
