Marlin E. Stoudt, 64, of Carlisle, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 23, 2026, at Claremont Nursing Center. He was born on February 8, 1962, in Carlisle and was a son of the late Kenneth Stoudt and Grace (Penner) Stoudt.

Marlin worked as a warehouseman for many years but valued his time away from work more than anything. He was happiest when attending his children's or grandchildren's sporting events while they were growing, but just as satisfied with a quiet evening and good meal at home with his family nearby. On weekends he could often be found at a local dirt track taking in a race and catching up with friends.

He is survived by his wife of 41 years Teresa A. (Hoover) Stoudt, one son Timothy (wife Kristy) Stoudt of Carlisle, one daughter Tiffany (husband Delonte) Palmer of Carlisle, one brother Kenneth “Butch” Stoudt of Shippensburg, one sister Wendy Neidigh of Carlisle, three grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Marlin’s service will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
