Margaret A. Blosser, 89, of Carlisle, passed away on Friday, September 5, 2025, at Chapel Pointe, Carlisle.  She was born on June 2, 1936, in Sidney, New York and was a daughter of the late Roscoe Wright and Eleanor (Fisk) Wright.

Margaret graduated from Unadilla High School in Unadilla, New York, also the Philadelphia Bible Institute and attended Oneonta State Teachers College in New York.  Margaret was a schoolteacher, homemaker and an excellent wife and mother.  She and her husband served as missionaries in the Middle East for many years.  She was a member of Grace Baptist Church, Carlisle.

She is survived by her husband of 66 years Leon F. Blosser, two sons, Timothy Blosser of Pittsburgh, Jonathan Blosser of Carlisle, two daughters, Deborah (husband Dan) Stuber of Carlisle and Phoebe (husband David) Bookamer of Scotland, PA, one brother David (wife Pat) Wright of Dayton, OH, 11 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

A visitation will begin at 10:15 a.m. on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, followed by the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. in  Grace Baptist Church, 777 W. North St, Carlisle, PA 17013 with Elder Aaron Beardmore officiating.  The burial will be in Waggoner's Church Cemetery, Longs Gap Rd., Carlisle.  A fellowship luncheon will be held at the church.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Christian School of Grace Baptist Church.  www.EwingBrothers.com.
