M. Lucille Shughart, 97, of Newville, passed away on Monday, January 7, 2013, at her daughter's home in Carlisle. She was born on Tuesday, October 26, 1915, in Perry County. She was the daughter of the late Leonard Banks Ulsh and Edna May (Frey) Ulsh. She was the widow of George H. Shughart, her husband of 38 years, who died January 13, 1973.
