M. Louise Hosfeld, 97, of Carlisle, PA, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 2, 2025, at Cumberland Crossings Nursing Home, Carlisle.  She was born on October 18, 1927, in Carlisle and was a daughter of the late Norman F. and M. Ruth (Fickes) Jones.  She was the widow of Glenn R. Hosfeld who passed in 2018.

Louise was a homemaker and enjoyed serving the Lord and caring for her family.  She was a member of Victory Tabernacle Church.

Louise is survived by her daughter Carol (Les) Rose, one grandson Dan Rose, one sister Ruth Coldsmith and many nieces and nephews.  In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by six brothers, Wayne, Richard, Charles, Rev. Harold, Ronald and Rev. Donald Jones and two sisters, Betty Armolt and Jean Rhoads.

A viewing will begin at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, May 9, 2025, followed by the funeral service at 10:30 a.m. in the Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, 630 S.
