Lotus "Lottie" Lorraine Morris, 89, of Carlisle, passed away on Wednesday, March 22, 2023, at UPMC Carlisle.  She was born on November 6, 1933, in Newport, Perry County and was a daughter of the late Charles Armold and Blanche (Leonard) Armold.

Lottie graduated from Lower Paxton High School and Carlisle Nursing School.  She worked as an LPN at the Carlisle Hospital's Nursery for 35 years.  She was formerly affiliated with St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church in Carlisle and was a former member of the Carlisle Eagles Ladies Auxiliary.

She is survived by her devoted husband of 69 years Lawrence E. Morris, Sr., two sons, Barry L. Morris of Carlisle, Lawrence E. Morris, Jr. and his wife Laura of Mechanicsburg and one daughter Brenda L. Hall and her husband Randy of Mt. Holly Springs, three grandchildren, Brandon (wife Christine) Morris, Brandi (husband Kyle) Deamer and Jesse (fiancé Kasey Zimmerman) Hall and many nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by one brother Leonard "Chuck" Armold and three sisters, Aletha Olsen, Betty Steverson and Dorothy "Dot" Fogle.

A viewing will begin at 12:30 p.m. on Monday, March 27, 2023, followed by a funeral service at 1:30 p.m. in the Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, 630 S. Hanover St., Carlisle with Bob Wahls as the officiant.  Burial will be in Westminster Memorial Gardens, Carlisle.  www.Since1853.com.
