Lois A. Hench, 84, of Enola, passed away on Wednesday, January 11, 2023, at home with family by her side.  She was born on July 21, 1938, in Carlisle and was a daughter of the late Raymond Fair and Alimay (Ilgenfritz) Fair.

Lois graduated from Carlisle High School with the class 1956.  Lois was a licensed beautician for many years and she and her husband owned and operated the Ye Olde Ale House in Mechanicsburg for many years.  She is a member of Carlisle United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Jack Kimber Hench, her twin sons, Blaine and Keith Hench both of Mechanicsburg, six granddaughters, Maret Hench, Aliyah Hench, Karis Hench, Brittany Harris, Haven Hench and Jewel Currie and three great-grandchildren.  Lois was preceded in death by one son Alan Hench.
