Kimberly Annette Jones, 61, of Carlisle, passed away on Friday, October 4, 2019 at the M. S. Hershey Medical Center.  She was born on January 23, 1958 in Carlisle and is the daughter of Alverna B. Jones of Carlisle.

Kim was a 1975 graduate of Carlisle High School and earned her Bachelors' degree in psychology and sociology in 1979 from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD.  Kim worked in the pharmacy business for many years with the last five being with Quality Care Pharmacy, Carlisle and previously with the former Medicine Shoppe also of Carlisle.  She was a faithful member of the West Shore Evangelical Free Church, Mechanicsburg.  Kim enjoyed making jewelry.

In addition to her Mother, Kim is survived by special friends; Rosey Blumen of Carlisle and Jane Scarre of Mechanicsburg, her best friend, Ruby Blumen (Rosey's granddaughter) of Carlisle, two adopted nephews; Nathan and Samuel Pittenger of Carlisle and many cousins and true friends.

A viewing will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 10, 2019 followed by funeral services at 11:00 a.m. in the West Shore Evangelical Free Church, 1345 Williams Grove Rd., Mechanicsburg, PA 17055 with Pastor Trent Thompson officiating.  A time of fellowship will immediately follow the services at the church.  Burial will be at 2:45 p.m. in Cumberland Valley Memorial Gardens, 1921 Ritner Highway, Carlisle.  Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, Carlisle is in charge of the arrangements.  Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.  www.Since1853.com.
