Kim R. Rowe 58, of Carlisle, passed away on Saturday May 20, 2017 at her home. She was born on March 20, 1959 in Winter Park, Florida to Larry L. and Doris E. (Miller) Rowe of Boiling Springs.

Kim graduated from Boiling Springs High School in 1977. She worked 35 years for Cumberland County in several capacities, including Risk Manager and Family Leave.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by one son, Jason L. Mahanes and wife Jannelly of Carlisle, one sister, Sandra R. Bliss and her children, Jessica and Zachary of Kapaau, Hawaii, granddaughters; Aaliyah M. Mahanes and Jaylynn J. Mahanes and one step-grandson, Deandre J. Cumberbatch.

A viewing will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, May 26, 2017 followed by funeral services at 1:00 p.m. in the Boiling Springs Bible Fellowship, 119 4th Street, Boiling Springs, with Brian Beck and William Wirl officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery, Monroe Twp. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Boiling Springs Bible Fellowship.
