Kevin L. Rogers, 60, of Carlisle, passed away on Monday, November 28, 2016 at his home with family by his side. He was born on September 15, 1956 in Long Beach, CA, and is the son of Milton Rogers of Carlisle and the late Daphne (Sherman) Rogers.

Kevin graduated in 1974 from Millikan High School in Long Beach. He was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. Kevin was employed as a project manager for commercial electrical contractors in the South Central PA area and was currently employed with Gettle Inc. in York. Kevin was an avid Hershey Bears fan and enjoyed spending time with his family.

In addition to his father, he is survived by his devoted wife of 10 years, Kathy (Stitzel) Rogers, two sons; Christopher (girlfriend, Karen) Rogers of Mechanicsburg and Charles (wife, Natasha) Bitner of Newville, two daughters; Shannon (husband, Shannan) Stalnaker of New Cumberland and Christy (companion, Jason) Bitner of Carlisle, one brother, Donald (wife, Donna) Rogers of Carlisle, two grandsons; Matthew Stalnaker and Alex Hershey, two granddaughters; Cadence Stalnaker and Hennessy Strine, one aunt, Joanne Sherman-Hunter and several cousins, nieces and nephews.

A viewing will begin at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, December 2, 2016 followed by funeral services at 2:30 p.m. in the Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, 630 S. Hanover St., Carlisle. Burial will private.
