Kenneth D. Sampson, 73, of Carlisle, passed away on Monday, December 18, 2017 at home. He was born on July 27, 1944 in Carlisle, and was a son of the late Harvey L. Sampson and Beatrice (Stough) Sampson Clever.

Ken retired after 16 years of service with Knouse foods. He formerly attended First United Methodist Church in Carlisle.

He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Mary E. (Failor) Sampson, two brothers; Bruce Sampson of AZ and Michael Clever of WA, six sisters; Laura Marie Keller of Carlisle, Janet Glunt of WA, Helen Leer of York Springs, Nola Ramos of Carlisle, Peggy Fagen of WA and many nieces and nephews. Ken was preceded in death by three brothers; Sonny, Larry and Barry Sampson and one sister; Jenny Vozar.

A viewing will be held from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on Friday, December 22, 2017 in the Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, 630 S. Hanover St., Carlisle.
