Judy B. (Morris) Carbaugh, 80, of Carlisle, passed away on Tuesday, January 10, 2023, at home with Tina and Bill by her side.  She was born on November 25, 1942, in Carlisle and was a daughter of the late Chester Morris, Sr. and Anna (Klingler) Morris Sheriff.  Judy was the widow of Frederick D. Carbaugh who died July 8, 2016.

Judy attended Carlisle Schools.  She worked many years with G. S. Electric Co. in Carlisle and then worked for Carlisle Day Care Center.  Judy formerly attended Christian Life Community Church in Newville.

She is survived by one son Rick Carbaugh and one daughter Tina Hughes and her companion William Dodd, Jr., both of Carlisle, two sisters, Barbara Chronister and Diana Frick both of Carlisle, one stepbrother George Sheriff of Carlisle, one great-granddaughter, Raylee Roberts and several nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by one granddaughter, Alisha Cromer and one brother Chester Morris, Jr.
