Juan Ortiz-Rosario, 62, of Carlisle, died on Thursday, July 5, 2018 at Harrisburg Hospital. He was born on July 2, 1956 in Naranjito, Puerto Rico and was a son of the late Carmelo Ortiz and Rosalia Rosario. Juan was of Catholic faith.

He is survived by his brother, Hector Ortiz of Carlisle and many other extended family members including nieces and nephews.

A private viewing was held for his family in the Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, Carlisle. Burial will be private.
