Joshua D. "Josh" Clouser, 27, of Mechanicsburg, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, July 19, 2019 at home with his parents David B. and Sharon L. (Varner) Clouser by his side.  Josh was born February 11, 1992 in Carlisle.

He graduated in 2013 from Cumberland Valley High School and had worked with CIT.  Josh was a member of Carlisle Special Friends and especially enjoyed Friday night bowling at ABC West, Mechanicsburg.  He loved the flag, red, white and blue and showing his patriotism.  Josh enjoyed Penn State football, the Steelers and loved music.

In addition to his mother and father, he is survived by one sister, Christina L. (David) Hershey, two brothers; David A. and Gregory T. Clouser, two special aunts; Phyllis B. Webber and Darlene M. (Steve) Sample, five nieces; Elizabeth A. Clouser, Evelyn N. Hershey, Gavrielle Wright, Alexa M. "Lexi" Clouser and Katelynn G. Perez and one nephew, Paul D. Clouser.  He was preceded in death by one sister, Jessica A. Clouser who passed away on April 28, 2019.

Funeral services will begin at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, July 26, 2019 in the Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, 630 S. Hanover St., Carlisle with Rev. Anthony DeRosa officiating.  Burial will be in Ashland Cemetery, Carlisle.  A viewing will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home and on Friday from 1:00 p.m. until time of the service.  www.Since1853.com.
