Joseph J. Kozell, Jr., 88, of Boiling Springs passed away peacefully at his home on Sunday, August 10, 2025. He was born on January 24, 1937, in Scranton to the late Joseph J. Kozell, Sr. and Ann Churilla Kozell. He shared a devoted and loving marriage with his wife, Ann Marie Kozell for 65 years.

Joseph Graduated from West Scranton High School, a U.S. Army veteran, and worked for the Naval Supply Depot as an Equipment Specialist. He was a faithful member of St. Patrick Catholic Church in Carlisle. His life was marked by quiet generosity, unwavering faith, and deep love for his family.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Karen Tobash (preceded in death by her husband Ed), Joanne Rovan (her husband Brendan), sister Marilyn Kovulich (her husband Andrew), his nieces, Maureen Porter, Michele Matton, and his nephew Andy Kavulich.

A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday Aug 20, 2025, at St. Patrick Catholic Church on Marsh Dr. with Father Dozie officiating. The visitation will be held at the church from 10:30 a.m. until the time of service. The burial will follow the service at St. Partick Catholic Cemetery in North Middleton Twp. In lieu of flowers, please have a Mass said for Joseph.
