Joel Blaine Frederick Clepper, 34, of Carlisle, passed away on June 5, 2024, at his home.  He was born on February 12, 1990, in Augusta, Georgia and is the son of Joel L. Clepper and his wife Lorraine of Harrisburg and the late Cindy Irene (Chestnut) Knarr.

Joel owned and operated a contract cleaning service and a landscaping business.

In addition to his father and stepmother, Joel is survived by his spouse Rhonda (Jayden) Duncan, two stepbrothers, Jason and Jeremy Trostle and other extended family members.

A graveside service will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, June 21, 2024, in Cumberland Valley Memorial Gardens, 1921 Ritner Highway, Carlisle, PA.  www.EwingBrothers.com.
