Janet Montague Weston Hollen, 89, of Carlisle, passed away on Wednesday, September 29, 2021, in the Chapel Pointe Retirement Community in Carlisle.  She was born on August 8, 1932, in Huntingdon, and was a daughter of the late John Weston and Olive "Billy" (Montague) Weston.

Janet graduated from Orbisonia High School in 1950, attended University of Pennsylvania and earned her Registered Nursing degree from Methodist Hospital in Philadelphia.  She was employed as an RN with the Thornwald Home in Carlisle from 1981 to 1997.  Janet was a member of The Meeting House, Carlisle where she enjoyed Women's Ministry and small groups.

She is survived by five children, Amy Hollen-Dilko of Fairport, NY, Douglas Hollen of Newville, Bethann Blood and husband Ronald of Geneseo, NY, David Hollen and wife Roxanne of Palmyra and John Hollen and wife Tawnia of Carlisle, two sisters, Joann Kimmel and Jane Weston both of Orbisonia, nine grandchildren, one great-grandchild, several nieces and nephews and her former husband, Robert Hollen.  Janet was preceded in death by one son-in-law John Dilko.

A visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, October 8, 2021, followed by funeral services at 11:00 a.m. at The Meeting House, 1155 Walnut Bottom Rd, Carlisle, PA 17015, Carlisle with Pastor Bob Verno as the officiant.  Burial will be in Cumberland Valley Memorial Gardens, Carlisle.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Chapel Pointe at Carlisle or to Homeland Hospice. www.EwingBrothers.com.
