Obituary
James R. Sadler, 70, of Carlisle, passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 27, 2025, at his home. He was born on August 31, 1954, in Fremont, Ohio and was a son of the late Lewis Watson Sadler and Jane (Buehler) Sadler.
Jim graduated from Carlisle High School in 1972. He was a US Army veteran having served from 1973 to 1976. He earned a Bachelors' degree from Penn State University. Jim retired from the Pennsylvania Utilities Commission in Harrisburg after many years of service.
He is survived by one brother David Sadler of Warwick, NY, one sister Charlotte B. Sadler of Carlisle and three nieces, Lauren, Amanda and Erin of Warwick.
A private burial will be held at Evergreen Cemetery in Gettysburg, www.EwingBrothers.com.
