James F. Hulse, Sr., 78, of Mechanicsburg, loving father and grandfather, passed away on Tuesday, May 4, 2010, in the Harrisburg Hospital. He was born on Saturday, April 9, 1932, in Bay Shore, Long Island, NY, and was a son of the late William R. Hulse, Sr. and Frances M. Hulse.

Jim retired after 32 years of service with the Montauck Pontiac automobile dealership on Long Island, where he was a mechanic and service writer. He also had worked for the Raymond Buick dealership also on Long Island. Jim was an expert mechanic and loved working on automobiles. He will be deeply missed by his family.

He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, James F. Hulse, Jr. and his wife, Vicky of Mechanicsburg, four granddaughters; Jamie Conrad, April Moose, Kerri Friedline and Dawn Hulse and six great-grandchildren.

At Jim's request, services and burial will be held at the convenience of the family. Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, Carlisle, is in charge of arrangements.
