Isabel Cruz-Murtorff, 59, of Carlisle passed away on Friday, December 29, 2023, at her home in Carlisle. She was born on October 06, 1964, in Bakersfield, California and was the daughter of the late Esteban Cruz and Margarita (Lazalde) Robledo. She was the widow of the late Benjamin A. Murtorff who died August 7, 2016.

Isabel was a high school graduate and retired from the PA Department of Transportation after many years of service as an accident investigator. She was member of the Catholic Community at the USAWC Memorial Chapel, Carlisle Barracks.

Isabel is survived by five sons, Dennis J. (BeLinda), Joshua B., Nathan M., Gabriel J. (Alison),  Josue A, and one daughter, Belinda L., 5 siblings, Maria H., Irma F., Susana R., Jesus R., Matias R. and numerous loving nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her brother Jose R., her Mother In Law Marion M. Murtorff.

She loved going to church, traveling, crocheting, and spending time with her children and friends.
