Irene S. Welsh, 93, of Carlisle, passed away on Monday, January 15, 2018 at ManorCare Health Services in Carlisle. She was born on September 16, 1924 in Aaronsburg, and was a daughter of the late Ray and Nelly (Burd) Stover and was the widow of Dorn K. Welsh who died Dec. 15, 2010.

Irene worked as a secretary and as a stenographer.
