Gloria J. "Jeanie" Rinehart, 74, of Carlisle, passed away on Sunday, July 24, 2016 at her home. She was born on December 12, 1941 in Chambersburg, and was the daughter of the late Lewis and Dorothy (Moll) Reinhart and was the widow of Donald L. Rinehart, Sr., who died on Nov. 28, 2011.

Jeanie was a loving homemaker and enjoyed taking care of her family and home.

She is survived by one son, Donald L. (wife, Donna) Rinehart, Jr. of Newville, one daughter, Jennie (husband, "Mickey") Peterman, Carlisle, three brothers; Lewis and Allen Reinhart, both of New Oxford and Donald Reinhart of East Berlin, one granddaughter, Rebecca Rinehart and several nieces and nephews. Jeanie was predeceased by three brothers; Dennis, Gerald and Paul Reinhart.

A viewing will begin at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 28, 2016 followed by funeral services at 2:00 p.m. in the Carlisle Church of God, 458 N. College St, Carlisle, with Pastor Morris Stanley officiating. Burial will be in the Bible Brethren Church Cemetery, Carlisle.
