Obituary
George Richard Rummel, Jr., 68, of Carlisle, died on Monday, March 20, 2023, at his home. He was born on November 29, 1954, in Gettysburg and is a son George Richard Rummel, Sr. of York Springs and the late Alda Marion (Sheaffer) Harmon.
George retired from the former C. H. Masland & Sons, Carlisle after many years of service. George was currently employed with Carlisle Eagles Aerie 1299. He was a member of the Eagles and a social member of the American Legion Post 101, Carlisle.
George is survived by his father George Sr., two brothers, Richie Rummel and Ricky Rummel and one sister Ruth Rummel. He was preceded in death by one brother Randy Rummel and one sister Mary Lou Rummel
