Obituary
Franklin R. Ford, 82, of Carlisle, died on Thursday, February 4, 2016 at the Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. Private services and burial will be held at the Trindle Springs Cemetery. Ewing Brothers Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
