Franklin "Frank" Delano Bistline, 82, of Carlisle, passed away on Monday, January 14, 2019 at Chapel Pointe, Carlisle. He was born on October 27, 1936 in Carlisle and was a son of the late George and Clara (Drawbaugh) Bistline.

Frank graduated from Carlisle High School with the Class of 1954. He was a US Army veteran. Frank retired from Mechanicsburg Naval Supply Depot after more than 30 years of service. He then worked part-time at the Kline Center at Dickinson College, Carlisle where he was the front desk attendant over 10 years. He was a longtime member of St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church, Carlisle. He was a former member of many social clubs in the Carlisle area.

He is survived by two daughters; Angela L. Reighard of Boiling Springs and Amy L. (husband, Sean) Campbell of Johnson City, TN, two grandchildren; Noah and Lily Reighard, three brothers; Charles "Ed" (wife, Betty), James (wife, Lucy) and Ronald "Lou" (wife, Marilyn) Bistline, one sister, Mary (husband, Roger) Nelson, one sister-in-law, Jean Bistline, former wife, Barbara Bistline and her aunt, Janet Houston and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by four brothers; George, Jr., John, Paul "Lee" and Bob Bistline and four sisters; Betty Mullen, Margaret Kees, Lois Kosik and Nancy Pugliese.

A visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, January 18, 2019 followed by a memorial service at 11:00 a.m. in the St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church, 201 W. Louther St., Carlisle with Rev. Titus Clarke officiating. Fellowship will immediately follow the service in Stock Hall at the church. Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, Carlisle handled the arrangements.
