Frank R. Swartz, 60, of Mechanicsburg, died on Tuesday, April 12, 2016 at Holy Spirit Hospital, Camp Hill. He was born January 9, 1956 in Lewistown, a son of the late Robert J. Swartz and Peggy L. (Park) Noll.

Frank graduated in 1974 from the Newport High School. He retired from the Carlisle Tire & Wheel Co. after many years of service.

He is survived by one daughter, Latonya L. Swartz, one son, Alonza Swartz, two sisters; Deanna L. Brookhart and Debra L. Casner, a half-sister, Melanie Myers, half-brothers; John G. Swartz and John K. Smith, Jr., one step-brother, Daniel L. Mowery, one step-sister, Rona Diffenderfer and several nieces and nephews.

Services and burial will be private. Ewing Brothers Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
